Gate & Bar have been instructed to undertake the detail roof survey of Christ Church, Upper Aremley, Leeds.
Following a Quinquennial inspection the Church were notified of the need to undertake detailed inspections of the roof and the possibility of roofing works. Our inspection will utilise traditional surveying techniques including high level access to the roof and tower and the use of drone imagery. Gate and Bar's Conservation knowledge allows us to identify and specify appropriate repair techniques and materials for any identified defects.
Further to the detailed survey Gate & Bar have been instructed to produce a detailed schedule of works and cost plan ahead of a funding application. The detailed schedule of works includes detailed conservation based recommendations from the report and identifies special features and techniques required for the successful roof refurbishment.
